Karine Seneca
Classical dance teacher

Born in Cannes, Karine studied at the Rosella Hightower Dance Centre where she obtained her Baccalaureate in 1989 as well as the First Prize of the Conservatory of Dance and a First Prize of Dramatic Art. The same year, Karine joined the corps de ballet of the Basel Company in Switzerland under the direction of Heinz Spoerli and then the Deutschen Oper am Rhein in Düsseldorf, Germany as a Soloist.

In 1996 Heinz Spoerli took over the direction of the Zürich Ballett in Switzerland and invited Karine to join the company and appointed her as Principal Dancer. In 2004, Karine decided to leave Europe to take on a new challenge and increase her artistic knowledge. Mikko Nissinen hired her as a Principal Dancer in his Boston Ballet company in the United States. There she performed the leading roles in ballets such as Romeo and Juliet, Cinderella, Giselle...

She has had the joy of dancing the choreographies of the greatest: George Balanchine, Auguste Bournonville, Nijinska, Fokine, Antony Tudor, John Cranko. In addition to her engagements, Karine participated as a dancer, assistant and choreographer in the creation in 2004 of the company M&Company with Mateo Klemmayer. In December 2012, Karine obtained an exemption from the state dance teacher diploma as a "particular renown" and started teaching as an international teacher. She is also a guest teacher at the Toulon Conservatory and the Rosella Hightower International Dance Centre in Cannes. In September 2015, Karine and her partner Mateo Klemmayer decided to create a dance school. She became a classical dance teacher and General Manager of the Karine Seneca Dance School.

Karine Bruscoli
Classical dance teacher

Born in Cannes, daughter of a dance teacher, she started dancing at a very young age and joined the Nice Opera School at the age of 8.

At the age of 19, she was hired by the Nice Opera as a soloist, under the direction of Martine Parmain, where she danced a very varied repertoire with many choreographers: Pierre Darde, Bruno Jacquin, Jean-Christophe Maillot, Michel Descombey, Dennis Wayne, Eddy Toussaint, Flemming Flindt. ...Then she progressively devoted herself to teaching, entering the ESDC Rosella Hightower in order to validate her skills and obtain her D.E. as a classical dance teacher.

In 2017, she obtained a certification to teach dance to seniors at the PNSD Rosella Hightower.
