COVID-19 CRISIS MANAGEMENT

a) HOW THE HEALTH PROTOCOL OF PNSD WAS DRAWN UP?

The PNSD Rosella Hightower has put in place a specific health protocol with effect from May 25, 2020 which beyond the application of barrier gestures, is adapted to the practice of dance and life on campus.
This protocol was the subject of a consultation with the occupational medicine services (Ametra 06) and a validation of the APAVE 06, mandated for a review and compliance monitoring mission.
It was validated by the PNSD Board of Directors.

b) WEARING THE MASK IS MANDATORY?

Until further notice, the wearing of the mask is permanently imposed on the PNSD site, including for dance classes.

c) IT IS MANDATORY TO TAKE THE TEMPERATURE?

Until further notice, a daily temperature recording will be done at the site entrance for all students and staff.

d) HOW THE BOARDING SCHOOL IS ORGANISED?

The PNSD maintains double rooms because is the most suitable solution to avoid the anxiety effect of a lockdown alone. Access to common areas is controlled by the management team.

e) HOW THE CANTEEN IS ORGANISED?

The service will be done only in individual portions served, to avoid devices in free service (salad bar, shared water pot, etc.). The seats will be arranged to respect the distance. Tables and chairs will be disinfected after each passage of a student.

f) HOW THE STUDIOS ARE DISINFECTED?

The studios will be disinfected between each group of students (bars, door handles, keyboard pianos, technical closets). Floors will be disinfected after classes or when ground work is required.
Each student is asked to have an individual and personal floor mat.

g) THE CHANGING ROOMS CAN BE USED?

The changing rooms will be reserved for external students. The internal students will have to change in their room and go directly to the dance studio.

h) HOW MANY STUDENTS THERE ARE DURING CLASS?

The number of students in dance classes will be limited and it depends on the size of the dance studio with a minimum ratio of 10m2 for student (between 15 and 20 students in the studio).

i) ARE THE SCHEDULES FITTED OUT?

Only those teachings that allow individual practice will be maintained. Courses or activities that require physical contact will be cancelled (no pas de deux, work on group parts, etc.). The schedules will be arranged with staggered hours to avoid the intersection of students between classes and the same group of students will stay in the same studio for all of their classes of the half day.

j) IS THERE ANY WORK TO DO TO COME TO THE PNSD DURING THE HEALTH CRISIS PERIOD?

The PNSD requests the signature of a sworn statement to be signed by the student or his family for minor students.
